Exceptional service. When I had an issue with my lavatory in the middle of the night, the owner came to help with a smile on his face. The staff treated all guests like family, even during the Chuseok holiday. I was also delighted to receive traditional sweets. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the metro and a beautiful shrine nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.
